Shame even to rate you one star,Awful service , + 30 minutes on hold stuck on queue 8, because I was in so much pain I went to the gp while I’m on the call and saying to me you are not meeting our urgent appointment requirements, not sure what need to happen so I can meet it. Honestly awful

Absolute disgrace.
Turning patients away who are clearly ill.
Go see a pharmacist, yeah right. They wouldn't say that to Tom Randall M.P. would they, they'd be falling over themselves to help.
Bunch of morons.

1hour and 4 minutes to get through only to be told there was absolutely no chance of an appointment for 30 days. What an absolute joke, what is the point of a doctors surgery where you can’t get in to see a doctor. I haven’t been there for over ten years and this is what it’s become now. My wife passed away from cancer after being ignored by this bunch of clowns and still nothing has improved. Daybrook Medical Practice hang your heads in shame you are a disgrace. You are not fit for purpose.

Terrible experience with a smear test (slow, painful and unsucessful) and impossible to get through on the telephone to cancel an appointment. I was on hold twice for 50 minutes each time only to move from 10th position in the queue to 8th both times. I simply don't have time to do this. I then called in to cancel in person only to stand in another queue. Receptionist not receptive to feedback. If I could give no stars, I would. I've swapped to Highcroft but not expecting that to be any better judging by their reviews.

Even getting into the phone line queue is an absolute nightmare, last time it took 50 minutes to even get in the queue (ringing from 8am) and then another 45 minutes to finally get through to someone... to inevitably be told "no appointments"
How long are you expected to do that to get to see someone? I feel so sorry for the older generation that simply can't do it and are in need of a doctor and just can't get an appointment 😫
I've seen people sobbing in reception as they're so poorly they need to see a doctor, to be told "we can't give you an appointment if we don't have one" at 8am...how is this being allowed to happen!?
...fill in a form and if we think you need an appointment we'll be in contact within 2-3 weeks. Absolutely disgraceful. Not blaming the staff as their hands are tied to a certain extent I'm sure. Somethings got to give

Tried calling from 8:30am until 2pm but sorry all lines are busy and phone cuts off. Eventually got in to 10th position, after 2 hours they answered... Only to be told they've got nothing available, and to try again in 7 days time. I explained my concerns of my issue and asked if there was something else to try? "No ring back in 7 days when new appointments are released"
I also tried to get in around 6 months ago and faced similar problems, but when I did get an appointment the Surgery was empty!
Paying NI for 30 years and watching those who don't pay in, just stroll in again and again at there leisure, is the reason honest people can't get an appointment .
How can you find time to stay on the phone that long if you're not sat on your back side all day? Going to try swapping surgery's. After speaking to other people they have certain problems with their GPs but nothing like this!

I was there just over a month, The reception staff aren't interested 1 bit, I was in queue position no1 for 46mins what a joke especially as there's adequate amount of reception staff to answer the phone just a poor excuse, all i can say is avoid !
The 1 Doctor i saw had 1 hell of an attitude problem didn't care 1 bit just seemed some where else, hence why i was gone as soon as i could......

It just seems to be ran by muppets who dont give a toss..
