Please read the old reviews our surgery was Kennet side of Chomeley Road they there were brilliant until they merged with Milman Road surgery which had a very poor services before. Now since both been merged together you never get to see the same doctor. Also impossible to get through the telephone in the morning always engaged I think they do it deliberately. You have to call over 40 times or more sometimes you don’t even get through the same day. There should be a law to prosecute the surgery and get it closedown it’s so frustrating how they are playing with peoples lives and health and getting away.

Milman Road surgery has been my GP since I was a toddler. It has always provided an excellent service to my family.

Recently I had to have a number of tests regarding a lump in my neck. The issue was dealt with quickly and thoroughly - very professional and reassuring!

Excellent surgery, clean, pleasant staff, great doctors. Thank you for your services.

This Practice is a joke! It is one of the worst practices I have ever came across! The Receptionists are the most arrogant and uneducated people I have ever came across, Yvonne being the worst of all! If you want to have a lesson on how to not treat people go and see her!
Honestly I wonder how certain people even have jobs! I wasn’t about to write anything but after seeing the reviews left by others and all mentioned the rudeness of the staff I have then decided to leave this review! I am a very very easy going person and nothing ever bothers me, I also never ever write reviews but I had to this time! You can believe in all the other reviews as from what I seen they are all true!

On a better note doctors are nice and polite but as mentioned from other people they tend to rush you quiet quickly and don’t really have time for you, I guess they are busy but that understandable.

Been a patient at this doctors since I was a little girl. Can safely say it's gone down hill big time. You get told to phone up at 8am in the morning but then dont get through till gone half past to then find out theres no appointments. You ring to get an appointment a different day and get told you can't. Doctors are good when you do get to see them but also some doctors have no time to listen or be understanding. The receptionists are quite rude just to top it all off.
