We went there seeing all the good Google reviews. This was a very disappointing affair.
Half the items mentioned in the menu were not available, no burgers, no pasta, Very limited selection of juices.
We ordered a Chicken sandwich, a beef submarine, a cream of chicken soup, a lime soda and sunshine( mix of orange and pineapple).
Beef submarine was horrible, beef was rubbery. Chicken sandwich was just OK, chicken soup tasted of excess milk, sunrise turned bitter very fast.
The city view was nothing to write home about.
The only items which tasted like it was supposed to were ketchup and garlic bread served with soup.
Based on my experience, I would say avoid this hotel. This is only suitable for couples who seek privacy and don't mind the food.

I recently visited The Whizz, a charming rooftop restaurant nestled in the heart of Kandy and boasts a breathtaking 360 view of Kandy providing a picturesque backdrop for a leisurely meal.
The food prices at The Whizz were reasonable making it an accessible option for various budgets. Customer Service and the food were Satisfactory.
One notable drawback is the payment system. The restaurant only accepts cash and there is no provision for card payments.
I would recommend this place to chill and unwind if you’re in Kandy.

Es war unser erstes Essen in Sri Lanka und auch das schlechteste… also einfach alles hat nach 4 Jahre altem Fett gerochen und GESCHMECKT! Ungenießbar und nicht weiter zu empfehlen!
