Strongly advise you to stay away from this place. Awful customer service, man showed me one pair of shoes and didn't listen to any of my requirements. I then bought the shoes, wore them around the house and got blisters from them. I was then told I couldn't return them. Absolute waste of £180! Man on the returns desk was extremely rude and made me out to be a liar. Do not use this store, they will just sell you the most expensive show they can and not allow you to return them

Great service from the gentleman in the Runners need section. Went in on a busy Sunday without an appointment for gait analysis and he asked us to come back at 2pm. He did an analysis on me and my girlfriend and we bought two pairs of trainers. We took them to the counter to pay and asked if there were any discounts available and without arguing gave a very generous 10% discount. So happy with the service we will come back and buy our next trainers from here. They went the extra mile (pun intended!). Thank you.

Went to this shop after having terrible service - like none - at the Monument branch on 3 previous occasions. I at least saw someone and he was not rude. But he knew nothing about shoes; in fact he did not even know which shoes they stocked. I had to show him what a Mizuno shoe looked like. After identifying what shoes I wanted, he came back with them but they did not have my size, and/or wide fitting. He left me to try them on and disappeared. I gave up and left after 5 mins waiting for him to return. If you want great customer service, and a wide range of shoes, try Run & Become nr Victoria. Found my shoes, and came out very happy. Never go to a Runner's Need again!
