The 5 stars go to the park rangers who clearly have a love of history, the park and the neighborhood that it is in. It was infectious and inspiring. The house is interesting not huge but had an interesting exhibit and a good historical area including much original furnishings.
I do recommend this to anyone visiting uptown new york it’s a little secret pocket of oldtimey amidst a very beautiful neighborhood.
