An absolutely amazing place with great people. I've attended PT Classes and Group Classes here for a while and It's been the only place so far that's been able to kick my motivation to work out into gear.
Even when you are new or in bad shape there is no judgement. Only guiding hands to get you where you need to be. When I was injured they helped me manage the injury and found ways to work around it without making me uncomfortable.
If you are a first timer. This is the place to go. If you are looking for a very targeted approach, these are also your people. There is something here for everyone and I can certainly recommend the boxing rounds class. It has done wonders for me and I look forward to it every single time.

When I moved to Brighton a few years ago I knew no one, and was in desperate need of a community-feel fitness family. Not one based around competition and stats. One based around a supportive, personalised journey of recovery. I tried many many gyms in Brighton. None matched up to Lucy and what she's built at The Box. Later, I continued to train through pregnancy and am now bouncing back post birth, all thanks to The Box. Come join the family!

I have been to many boxing clubs over the years and can honestly say this place is the best, it's such a friendly community and the instructors are dedicated to their work. It's a safe, friendly space and the workouts are brilliant for all levels 🙌🏻

I recently had the pleasure of joining a fantastic The Box that offers a wide range of classes, including boxing and strength and conditioning. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel welcome.

The instructors at the box are truly top-notch. Their expertise and passion for fitness shine through in every class. Whether it's the high-intensity boxing sessions or the challenging strength and conditioning workouts, they always push you to your limits while ensuring proper form and technique. They have a knack for motivating and inspiring you to give it your all, making each class an exhilarating and rewarding experience.
The camaraderie and positive energy in The Box are truly infectious , creating an environment that keeps you motivated and coming back for more.

The facility itself is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment for a great workout. The spacious training area allows for plenty of room to move around and perform exercises comfortably. The cleanliness and organization of the space are also commendable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic workout environment.

Overall, I cannot recommend The Box enough. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this place has something for everyone. The combination of challenging workouts, expert guidance, and a supportive community make it the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. So, lace up your gloves, grab your weights, and get ready to sweat and smile at this incredible place.
