Great little gym. Helpful engaging staff. Perfect for a midday workout in the city. Wish I hadn’t wasted so many years in John Reed and Fitness First.
Fantastic gym located between Bank and Moorgate tube stations, with excellent facilities. Always a pleasure to work out here as it is not as overbooked and busy as many other gyms, so you can usually workout using the equipment you want.
