Spent 5 nights here. Attentive and friendly staff. A little run down, some areas really require renovation. Every evening, the pool was full of kids taking swimming lessons - no way for Hotel guests to swim. Good food. No alcohol, obviously. No coffee machine in room. No mini-bar. Very clean. Boring neighbourhood, nothing to be done on foot.

Hotel is really good and the service they provide is up to the mark… all the staff members are pretty humble and kind… Rakeeb house keeping staff has been really good and helpful … I would surely recommend this place…

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza Riyadh Palace. The hotel was incredibly nice, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my visit very relaxing. The service was also excellent—everything was taken care of promptly and with a smile. A special shoutout to Shihab, Muhyiddin, and the restaurant staff, who were such nice people and made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit small, but overall, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

I have tried to stay in the hotel for a night and I must say that I was a bit disappointed with the room. It’s not what I expected for a 5 star hotel. There’s a little options for breakfast and it was not good. I dated my wife for a dinner one time on their valentines day offer and it was not good as well. There’s not even a fruit.

I have attended for conferences twice in this hotel and the venue for the conferences were good as well as the food.

I no longer want to stay in this hotel again but for conferences, I can recommend it.
