The store has contactless means of making payment. However, I was told by the teller that I needed to have the physical card to put in to the card reader. Being someone who maximises the use of modern technology like Apple Pay etc.. I found this to be a serious inconvenience. A place like a pharmacy should be able to accept all forms of making payment. Cash, physical card and contactless using card or mobile touch pay. Imagine, I had no cash, no card and only had mobile touch pay as a means of paying for medication? Imagine I was sick and needed medication. Imagine it was a matter of me living or dying as a result of getting the said medication … o would be left to suffer or die even (a bit dramatic, yet possible) because the store is unable/won’t accept my method of payment

Please do not advertise the opening time if you wont be able to open on time. It says the store opens 7AM. I arrived 7:30 but it says closed. You just lose one for how many customers at that hour because of your uncleared instruction. We are also saving our time.

It's good, but shows closed in foodpanda sometimes even tho it's within store hours, hopefully will have more beverages available

Unlike other watsons, you'll like it here. Salesladies dont bother you when shopping and pretty much they have everything. I hope they add more nivea and dr sensitive products, I noticed some items were out of stocks like the cream and scrubs. Apart from that, their deals isn't put on their shelves I just found out that the item I had in cart was B1T1 in the cashier so I have to go back and grab another one before completing my purchase.

- Delivery takes ages with the app, also, even before closing time, they close the doors whereas in the grocery and the rest, they keep it open as long as it's within opening and closing hours. For sure the owner wouldn't want their customers being turned away just because it's a few minutes before closing time.

Don't use your credit card to pay in this store. For context, I've only used my card here in this store. I have to give my card because most stores here in the PH don't allow tapping of cards when paying. Cashers will ask for your card unlike establishments abroad. After a couple of hours, I started getting fraud alerts in my card. Transactions made in canada with UBER. Was charged 2K of unauthorized transactions.
