Horrible customer service. Food was served fast but water was not served. Asked waiter for water for multiple times but he simply kept on ignoring us. We were almost about to choke with food but no water was served. Had to go to counter to ask for water bottle. After we were done with food then the waiter finally decided to bring the water. First and last visit.

Great food and the Chola Butera are amazing.

The food cost was higher than taste.
And repacking food or providing a box to take food home is costly.

That's hidden charges which is mentioned on menu but obviously they don't tell you incase you don't read it but will tell you when you ask the box.
We are there to eat not to read every single word of menu.

I would not go there anymore as no courtesy and reapting the sentence that it's company policy....

The food was very good. Was pleasantly surprised. 5 stars bit given as we were being charged for takeaway containers.

I always go to Moti Mahal when I’m in Southall. The food here has never disappointed me. They are quite fast in delivering your order to the table. The jalebi here is super delicious.
