Been here a few times already. Masseuses are usually consistent in the service. You can tell them how hard / gentle you want the massage to be and they will adjust.

First time with my wife, did thai traditional and foot massage. The thai traditional body massage is one of best I have had for a long time. Deep pressure points, holistic covering legs, back n shoulders systematically. Better to book in advance, it got quite crowded.

Enjoyed an excellent massage delivered by skilled Thai masseurs. The experience was overall delightful, though the soundproofing could be improved—conversations from the adjacent room were audible. Considering the affordable price this is a minor concern. I chose the traditional Thai massage and appreciated the lack of direct skin contact; the provided massage attire ensured a comfortable session without the use of oil, leaving me feeling refreshed rather than oily post-massage.

My worst experience... The whole massage room is very noisy. (Foot massage place) this place is actually as noisy as a wet market. My seat in front of the lights I asked the staff to turn off the lights. He said can't turn off the light. I can't feel relaxed , can't sleep so noisy and so bright because of the light. Usually massage centers are quite dark and silent, but this place is not like that. My seat cover scratched my skin because it was torn and sharp. The staff helped me put a towel on the couch. Airton too strong.

Went on a weekday afternoon.
Took their free transport shuttle car from Holiday Inn near City Square mall and went to KSL mall after massage (but for the journey to KSL, we had to wait around 20mins as the shuttle was out).

Was served tea during and after the session.

Massage was ok.

Near the end of the session, there is also a little back, shoulder, neck, arm massage, stretch, and cracking.

The atmosphere was a little noisy sometimes as it was near the reception.
