Was in the area and my usual massage spot Bangkok Spa was fully booked so tried this place since the review was good. But the service level really depends on your luck and which masseuse you get. I gave 3 star because my wife got a good foot massage but mine was horrible. Kept doing the same 3 stroke for the entire hour for both leg and I ended up with a bruise. And she still expect a tip? Inconsistent service always ruin a massage parlour.
I recently visited JB Thai Spa, conveniently located near CIQ, making it easily accessible. However, my experience had its ups and downs.
Upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed as the captains did not greet me at the door despite being the first customer of the day. This lack of a warm welcome set a less than ideal tone for the visit. The receptionists could also be more friendly and welcoming to enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, the prices at JB Thai Spa are affordable, which is a significant plus. I opted for a 2-hour Thai aromatherapy massage in the VIP room. Unfortunately, the room didn’t feel particularly VIP, as it appeared quite standard. Additionally, the towels could have been fresher, which impacted the overall ambience.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the massage itself. My masseuse was truly an expert; her strength and skill made me feel incredibly relaxed. It’s evident that their masseuses are highly experienced, which is a major advantage. I also appreciated the hot towel treatment at the end of the massage, which effectively removed all the oil and added a nice finishing touch.
Overall, while there are areas for improvement, particularly in customer service and the VIP room amenities, the quality of the massage itself might be worth another visit. Will I revisit? Maybe.

Most satisfied spa and massage centre in JB, came two times for VIP room spa, sauna and massage, very cheap and high class, the Thailand masseurs very professional and strong, very satisfied
First time trying in March 2024 . I just searched for a spa that has lots of good reviews and found this. Price wise, it was reasonable. Competitive compared to the other spa houses nearby it.
Massage itself was good. I am not into hard massages, so I ask the masseur to just do a soft massage. But still, it was a bit hard for me. Language barrier was present as the therapist are, mostly if not all, from Thailand.
I just dont like the smell of the bed. Hygiene was a bit concerning. Also, the therapists were a bit loud and kept on talking. They also don't wash the feet, unlike the other spa houses that we've tried.
They provide complimentary tea after.
But overall, it was OK to try.

This is the first time I've tried here. At first I wasn't sure but let’s tried it first.
I don't have to wait even if I'm a walk-in customer. My masseuse seems to have a lot of experience, most of them are from Thailand. I asked at the beginning not to too hard and not to press too much. and I asked to turn off the aircond and their service was really good, they followed what I wanted.
but it seems like the towel used wasn't long enough to cover from chest to feet because when masseuse massaged the top, my feet weren't covered and that made me uncomfortable. or maybe they can use a long kain so that the whole body is covered.
In my 1 room there are 2 beds, maybe they can be used for couples too. but if we are alone they will not enter other people in the same room even if it is only limited by curtains but that is not a problem and it is quite private. If you want more privacy, maybe you should go to a more premium massage place with a higher price.

love the service . we were given a pte room .. the two thai ladies were strong and I like the pressure given to my tired legs . we did a 60 mins foot massage .. will go back again . the place is clean and aircon is strong.there’s free wifi too .
Been a regular customer here for many years. Pricing was quite standard throughout the years. Comparable to other shop houses massage. Love their thai massage. However, it depends on the masseur who you were allocated. The recent one I went was quite subpar. Sometimes I do get good masseur though. You can top up RM30 for a private room.
