My first visit was in March 2024. It was fantastic. The therapist was so good from start to end. I was literally glowing, my muscles felt like they have melted and a big smile plastered on my face. I was there for almost 5 hours.

I was recommending this place to everyone. I went again in June with my bff. I was so disappointed that I couldn't wait to get out of that place.

Any spa that I've gone to, they will always start with scrubbing, shower then the facilities like steam and jacuzzi then shower again followed by the massage as the last service to relax and what I would say go out with a bang. I always add on another service at the end which is called women's ratus.

This visit, too bad my last therapist had left. We were put in a couple's room. they started with massage which I find peculiar. Then scrub which I feel like at the point that I can do better myself. Then off to shower to enjoy the facilities after. By then I was already feeling very dissatisfied. My massage was aching me rather than soothing me. My scrubbing service felt like the therapist were racing to see who finished first. I refused to enjoy the facilities because I want to get this done and over with. So one last treatment, smoke up my lady part - women's ratus. To put cherry on top, instead of putting me back in a treatment room, they told me I would have the treatment in the changing room instead!!! WTH??!!! I was so not impressed. I paid full price, I expect full and proper service. Don't think I'm coming back. When I mentioned this experience to the front desk, they were shocked and puzzled why this had happened.

As the manager had left for the day, they promised that someone will get back to me. To date after more than two weeks, still no one has gotten back to me. Shame.

I guess at the end of the day, it depends on the therapist. Hit or miss. But too bad you still have to pay the same price. The management is not any better with lack of customer management. Disappointing.

My first of many visits to Spa Manja! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a genuinely relaxing massage experience like no other parlours in JB. I opted for the 90min Javanese aromatherapy which is perfect for a thorough full body massage. My masseuse is originally from Bali, and her technique was very firm yet soothing! Best to come over after a long day and you will leave feeling relaxed yet recharged! Have yet to try their body scrub and other spa, but I’ll definitely come back again. The package is also surprisingly affordable for the durable, quality and Balinese ambience!

A 2.5 hour spa session was excellent, I especially enjoyed the combination of scrubs and milk masks. As the mask is made from real milk. It was a great massage from the masseur as well. We will definitely return. 👍🏻

Went to SPA Manja with my wife for some quiet and alone couple time and it was amazing! This place is great for couples looking for a a wholistic SPA experience. The biggest difference between SPA Manja and the other massage places in JB is their facilities. SPA Manja has a segregated mans' and ladies' Jacuzzi and Steam Rooms. My wife and I arranged for our massages after half hour of steam and jacuzzi. They have a cafe that serves high quality coffee (espresso machine) and also a good range of food.

Overall a very awesome experience! We felt refreshed and energised after the session. Will definitely recommend and return.

The place gave some Bali vibes, from the entrance walkway to the reception area. The Aromatherapy Massage was decent.

I will suggest skipping the steam bath and jacuzzi as u will have to walk around the common area with a thin robe with no button or string to secure it or wrapped in just a towel. I felt so confused and exposed. However if solely just on the massage it was average with reasonable price.

I had an amazing body massage, the therapist was very skillful, I went for their Swedish massage with aroma oil. Definitely recommended and a very good experience!
