We had an exceptional time here. The food was incredible, one of the better michelin starred restaurants I've been to. Every thing was made to perfection and I enjoyed every single bite, especially the dessert even though I was already so full at that point. I briefly mentioned it was my friend's birthday when we ordered the celebration menu and we were very pleasantly surprised with a lovely chocolate stand at the end of our meals. Our drinks were always topped up in a timely manner. Amazing hospitality from all members of the staff. I'd recommend sitting at the counter/ bar to watch everything in action. Definitely recommend Caelis and we'd love to return.

This really barely is a Michelin star restaurant. Although the service was amazing the open kitchen invites to watch where the Chefs are trying to get the dishes done. None of the dishes stood out yet none were bad. The portion sizes were not cut the same for everyone. It feels like they are just milking the star to make more money. Situated inside the hotel it has a lot of seats.
Bathroom door was super hard to lock!!

We had the celebration menu. The food was tasty and presented nicely. It is a good place to try different seafood dishes. My favorites from the celebration menu were deserts i loved them.
