After looking forward to making a purchase on a lounge suit, table and chairs we found on the ifurniture website, we were so disappointed on the customer service we received. Driving over an hour to the NorthWest location, we entered the store and started looking around in search of our chosen furniture. Two staff members were at the counter, one on the computer and one on her phone. We walked right past the counter and not one of them looked up to greet us. As we walked around the store, the two staff members made their way to the back of the store where truck drivers arrived. The staff members were all speaking their own language to one another for majority of the time we were there. They then made their way back to the counter where we purposely walked past again to see if they would greet us….. they didn’t even look at us…. They continued talking amongst themselves in their own language. By this time it had been over half an hour since we arrived.

The layout of lounge suits are squashed together that in some areas you couldn’t fit a leg through the gaps to actually test any of the couches. Also, a lot of the lounge suits has stains on them, not a good look. We found both our lounge suite and the table and chair set we wanted plus some drawers that we wanted too.

Unfortunately, due to the 0 customer service we received here we did not wish to spend a dollar at a store that have staff who don’t even look at or greet their customers. We were ready to purchase over $10,000 worth of furniture on site. So, so disappointed we drove all this way! We definitely won’t be looking at ifurniture again and will not be recommending this store to any friends and family. The first impressions of a store, the staff and presentation of what your selling is important. Unfortunate that ifurniture lost out on a purchase in full today.

I recently pre-ordered Glen Sectional Pull-out Sofabed and I must say, the customer service was exceptional! Ricah went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. The attention to details and prompt responses made organizing the pre-order experience a breeze! Thanks Ricah!

Amazing service and quick turnaround of delivery, so handy to have economical yet decent furniture at Westgate. The lady at the Westgate Ifurniture is absolutely awesome, polite, courteous and great to follow up with. She definitely remembers you when you return!
