Warehouse style shop with some furniture on display. Worth checking out website before going. Very pleased with the drawers we got, and found other goodies too.

Great place to buy IKEA furniture at competitive prices. Customer service is excellent. We were missing a couple of parts and Maggie was so helpful and couriered replacements to us. Highly recommended 😊

I find Maggie & the team at Good Furniture great to deal with. They will order things in fro you if they don't have them & they always stock all of the basics, which is great!

And their pricing is generally the best in the market.

Ordered an IKEA Lagkapten from Good Furniture online store and very impressed with delivery times.

However, I was under the impression that shipping will be done via third party and been expecting a tracking code update. Was surprised that it arrived later in the week without the tracking code, (purchased on Monday and arrived Wednesday afternoon). Upon closer inspection on the order confirmation details, the tracking number listed 'deliveryonXX/XX/XX'. It's good that Good Furniture has their own dispatch team, but it could be difficult for others who aren't present at home on specified delivery date.

Overall, very happy with the desk received and it was very easy to assemble. The IKEA Lagkapten is slightly wobbly on carpet surfaces, but it doesn't bother me too much.

Ordered an IKEA desk yesterday, hand delivered today. Kindly contacted me by phone before delivery and once again on arrival so that we could come down to the ground floor and collect (we’re in an apartment).

Ordered several IKEA pieces to be delivered to Hamilton. There was an ETA on one of the items which was accurate. Communication was good. Products arrived well packaged and in good condition. However, I was most impressed that the items were hand delivered due to courier being delayed apparently. This was such great service and a million times better then service I've been given by bigger companies who just fob you off for months and blame couriers. I'll definately shop here again and recommend to others.

Recommended place to get IKEA furniture. Collections were limited but to get the flavour of IKEA shop is good. The staff is very helpful. Please note that it is a bit hard to find the shop while driving in main road, but there a sign kept on roadside on/from the way of Mitre 10 follow that sign and you will find the shop.
