Yesterday on my way to work, I felt my bike tires were in urgent need of pumping and I stopped at the Bicycle Garage. They lent me their pump and showed me how to use it, for free. What a nice place with lovely staff. Thank you, I'll certainly use them from now on for our bike maintenance.

This is a fantastic shop with friendly, trustworthy service and affordable prices. I always take my bike to them because they look customer's bike very carefully. I recommend everyone to visit Denmark bicycle garage I am very happy with the service.

Patrick and team are really helpful and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing and it only takes a few moments for them to diagnose what the issues with the bike are. They're very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous experience! This shop is truly the best I have been to. I took two bikes to them on the same day. The first one was quick fix and they repaired it in about 2 hours. They even removed an item that they originally quoted me because they deemed it did not need repairing, thus, charging me less. The second bike was anticipated to take a few days but they had it fixed the following day. They are always happy to help and will offer advice whenever needed. Genuinely honest professionals. Thank you guys and please keep up the good work as the community needs you!

Needed to get my brakes fixed. When I went to the shop the colleague talked me into getting an upgrade to my gears as well, which is okay - they needed it. Said it will be done in 3-5 business days. Left my bike with them. After having walked to the shop to check on them 4 times over the course of two and a half weeks I was left with a repaired brake and a half. At least they admitted forgetting about it (?)

Update (edited from ⭐⭐): I had another repair job needed, and due to accessibility reasons I gave them another chance. Not only have they completed the job in 3 days, they also did excellent work and compensated for the previous delay.
The quality and care in the repair is outstanding. As a self-supporting student the understanding really means a lot, thank you guys!
