Phoned and ordered a taxi to the airport at 14:00 for 16:00. 16:00 came and no taxi, few minutes later I got a message to say there was no taxi’s in my area. Took 6 attempts to get someone on the phone only to be told there were no taxis in my area and no time frame as to when it would be, asked if I still wanted the booking! I had to phone another company and wait his was already 25mins after initial booking time, just made my flight, luckily security was clear. Stress I didn’t need! They had 2 hours to tell me they could supply a taxi this would have been the best course of action by them surely? I Will never use or recommend ever again!

Booked online and got a “confirmation of your booking “ email. Come the alloted time plus 15 mins with no sign of taxi so made a call. Woman on phone said we’ve no drivers in your area at the moment. I asked what is the purpose of a confirmation email if it’s not confirmed. She said “they’re self employed and do what they want”. So I’m now stranded with elderly parents. Not fit for purpose. Avoid

The booking app is not good at all. Never picks the words when booking and keeps hearing and repeating the wrong address. often takes forever to connect to a human person.
Needs to be looked into and sorted out for efficiency.
Modern Life is so fast and ppl are in a hurry to book a taxi for their journeys and businesses. And nobody has all the time in the world for such annoying app. I hoke you'll do something about it ASAP . Cheers

Fantastic service .🥰 after a five hour delay on our flight. We were so tired and had quite a long way to go home. Our driver was courteous and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you for your service.

Driver was excellent. Super helpful, friendly, helped with my cases. Very happy with the service and will use Capital again. Not sure of driver's name, but his little granddaughter is called Amor!

Chap arrived early and was just finishing his lunch. Was happy to take instructions on the route (I knew there were temporary traffic lights on the main route in). He was polite and chatty. Got here early too. Many thanks
