T1 has 2 experiences. Gate 21 to 40 on 1st floor is amazing. Gate 1 to 20 on ground floor is a nightmare. Its worst than a bus stand.

Firstly, the limited number of restroom facilities made it challenging to find one when needed, leading to long queues and inconvenience. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of seating areas, leaving passengers with nowhere to rest or wait comfortably. The lack of coordination among staff members only exacerbated the situation, making it difficult to navigate the airport efficiently. Moreover, the dining options were disappointingly limited, offering few choices for travelers looking to grab a bite to eat. Finally, the lounge facilities fell short of expectations, with amenities that were subpar compared to other airports. Overall, my experience was marred by these shortcomings, and I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the airport's services for future travelers.

I had a chance of visiting Mumbai Terminal 1 and during transit I had to wait there for about 5 hours and I see lots of mosquitoes accompanying me. Please a facility like airport should make sure that they spray infectants time to time to avoid severe diseases.
