Have to pay PCN’s whilst parking your own car on a parking spot that you paid a lot of money to purchase only due to administrative issues (not sticking your permit in the car). How this company operates legally is beyond my understanding. Their operators on the ground and on the phone encourage you to appeal the PCN given the circumstances only for it to be rejected and you to pay the higher amount later.

Scam company, I have been issued with 2 fines for parking with a valid permit at my own private residence. Upon appealing they are upholding the fine and refusing to step down. Avoid at all costs!!!

This management only cares about fines and not safety of the car park. I had bike stolen in the carpark and they refused to give cctv recordings although I had police report filing number. Then they fined my car for not displaying parking ticket, when it’s clearly been there for years. They even had cctv recordings if they wanted to check evidences. Disgraceful company. Should just shut down this company for real

How they can issue you a parking fine when you live in the premises is ridiculous. 3 parking fines issued. At least send the first fine as a warning to make the person aware how things work! They work on commission so want your money at all costs!!

We appealed against a parking charge as, because of illness, we were 15 minutes late returning to the car in a business park. This reason was explained in our appeal but because they were within their rights to issue a charge, they refused the appeal. If you don't agree with their decision, they suggest you contact The Independant Appeals Service but unless UK Car Park Management have been found to be unlawful, you won't get the appeal agreed to. We wrote a very polite and civilised letter asking for leniency because of the illness in the initial appeal, but of course they only care about the money. I shall be contacting the businesses on the business park where the ticket was issued to ask them to use another, more reputable parking management company. Meanwhile, I'll be looking into the possibility that the parking charge was discriminatory against someone with an illness. Trustpilot also shows they have 98% one star reviews - surprise surprise! That's the lowest amount of stars available, it's a shame there isn't a zero star option. The reviews make interesting reading, as does a photo of their offices when you do a Google search of their address, 49 Station Road, Polegate. BN26 6EA

Tickets given for properties they don't have contracts for and refuse to discuss without going through their appeals process despite not being applicable. Will pass known invalid tickets to debt collectors and solicitors without resolving the issue and refuse to communicate via email even after 2 years. Would not recommend but given the above they don't seem to need to be employed in order to ply their "trade". No phone numbers available in order to speak to a person.

Unscrupulous cowboy parking company. I parked at Travelodge Hub in MK, where the hotel has signs saying you have 5 minutes to collect the entry card for the hotel multi-storey car park. I took 22 seconds to collect the card and the UK CPM warden took pictures on me getting into my car and then told me I would not be issued a ticket because I was less than 5 minutes. He lied and I received a £100 fine. The hotel staff told me the manager had agreed a 5 minute grace period with UK CPM to allow guests to enter the car park, hence the signage. Lets see how reasonable UK CPM are in their appeals process and I will amend this review accordingly.
