DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST DISABLED PEOPLE. Using any car park monitored by these clowns or Parkonomy WILL get you a FINE after they fail to provide a way to pay them for parking.
Truly unprofessional outfit that seems to exist to generate revenue from parking fines by ensuring misleading signage in their car parks. Appeals are rejected with no consideration and they seem to operate by relying on the fact that most people won't risk being taken to court even if they were misled or incorrectly fined by these clowns!
You guys charged me a full £60 for having the wrong number plate on my parking app, no grace at all, I even parked for the full duration I paid for and sent you proof for this, yet still the t&c applies of course. Didn't even refund my original payment for the wrong number plate either.
Had 2 tickets with them in 2019, both paid through website in 2019 (£300), even emailed them about my payment and they knew it, but despite that they referred this to BW legal and they got me to court, experts in harassment. I am sure karma will come and teach them a lesson
