Disappointing Experience at PVR Director's Cut!!

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at PVR Director's Cut, which fell short of the high standards they usually uphold. Firstly, despite their website promising shows starting on time without ads, I found myself waiting for the theater door to open 10 minutes past the scheduled time.

Secondly, the quality of service took a nosedive when I ordered food. Upon its arrival, I overheard cutlery falling, and despite my hopes for fresh replacements, the same utensils were brought to my seat, seemingly picked up from the floor.

Adding to the frustration was the refusal to accept a PVR voucher gifted by my employer after I had already placed my food order. Furthermore, the insistence on immediate payment as soon as the food arrived interrupted my enjoyment of the meal.

To make matters worse, the item I wanted to order from the menu was out of stock, and the suggested alternative—a strawberry smoothie—turned out to be a disappointing blend resembling more of an ice cream shake, served in a Pepsi paper cup at an exorbitant price of 550+.

Overall, this experience showcased a significant decline in the standards of PVR Director's Cut, with rude behavior and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of their service quality.

PVR director’s cut is a nice area and theatre on the 4th floor of ambience mall. The seating is nice and comfortable. There are multiple outlets inside the area like simply sushi, popcorn bar, bar etc. they have lot of food items on the menu from chaat to kulche chhole to bhelpuri but it’s heavily priced at Rs 580. Then cold coffees and juices are at Rs 540. Juices at Rs 540. Theres North Indian too. Service is quite slow and they forget to keep napkins, water, cutlery and plates. You have to repeatedly ask for it.

Experience the luxury of cinema with comfort of space and view.
Definitely recommend for people who really look for luxury and comfort.

Christopher Nolan outshines in his technicality experimentation of direction with subjectives and objectives clearly shown in Black And white that too on an IMAX reel !!

This film is so brilliant in the minute details about the Life of Oppenheimer. The first 30 min many would felt Slow but for me it was slow but with a Christopher Nolan twist that is the intelligent music Ludwig goreson made ....... Superb and fantastic !!

One of the best movie experience you will ever get. Loved the ambience there. Good for couple movie dates. You will get the dine in restaurant inside with bar too. You can also order at your seats. Food is good not the best but good. Prices may differ from movie to movie.

Luxurious experience. Amazing interiors and an extremely hospitable service which would instantly transform you in a world of comfort and luxury. They will pamper you to the core. The food menu is exhaustive and quite decent. Seats, ambience, everything just adds on to the experience. A bit expensive but definitely a must try.
