Thank you for accommodating us during our last visit. I am writing this review to highlight some concerns regarding the hospital management and the health risks to patients. When my father was admitted, there were no available rooms, so we were placed in the isolation room on the 6th floor, room 619. An isolation room is expected to maintain the highest standards of health and safety. However, the AC grills were dusty. When was the last time the AC ducts were cleaned? The toilet basin had visible grime and filth. Are your housekeeping staff properly trained and certified?
Additionally, the call button to the nurse station was not functioning. Are all the call buttons disabled? While a few nurses, like Jam, were commendable, most others were not. Customer care needs improvement, and nurses should not chat inside patient rooms.
I was also shocked by the food handling. For instance, my father was on a renal diet, yet he was served raw chicken. Please see the attached photo for reference. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This poses a serious health risk to patients.
Furthermore, the grooming of resident doctors doing rounds needs improvement. I have missed to ask his name.
I am sorry to witness this and experience this.
The service and management needs improvement.

Disappointed how 1 nurse respond when we ask if they have available fan.we understand that the hospital AC is npt functioning well, but we also appreciate if theh understand their patients situtation. We are if there is available fan and the responde is " HMO po gamit nyo ". Which I don't see any sense.This is showing discremination.Very disappointing.This is the last thing I want to experience with a individual who is working for health care.
Hope the Medical City management will look to this.Hope this is not your way of teaching your staff how to approach or even help your patient base on their status.FYI having HMO doesn't mean that you don't have means to pay for something.

I was inquiring on an appointment of using contraceptives pero napaka unprofessional ung staff na nasa second floor pinagtawan lang mocking my inquiries, thanks for making a safe space for young women who want to be on contraceptives in such a laughing matter. So much judgement for unmarried women would never recommend this hospital during the encoding process.

Emergency Response from nurses and doctors were commendable, the Nurses at the 6th floor station was accomodating and very patience with their patient (specially she’s a senior patient).
The only problem and what makes it very frustrating for us was the time of admission process to take her in the room - usually takes more than 6 hours!! (3x hospitalization woth the span of Feb-March) and same with the discharge it takes more than 6 hours also!!! We as a self pay patients thinks that your administrative process for admission nad discharge are very poor.. 1 star I hope you can do something about this.
Overall Nurses and Doctors are awesome. thank you 5 stars!

Twice I had eye appointments and twice the front desk never bothered to pickup the phone to inform me my appointment was cancelled. After travelling 1 hour to get there.

0 star for us. My mother is currently admitted in ICU we are planning to transfer her ASAP but the social workers were not helping us to receive guarantee letters instead giving us 10% discount cash. Are you true with your tagline "Patients are partners"? Maybe business partners?! You should have help us since we are in dire need of your help and we are staying in TMC for almost 3 months now our bill is continuously growing but we didn't receive any ounce of your empathy and compassion, all you care is money tho. Kindly monitor your social workers please, 5 star for the nurses in ICU and all of the attending physicians, but 0 star for social services and billing department. Wag lng sana mangyare sainyo yan!
