Disappointment Complaint Letter due to ER Nurse for Poor and impolite service.
I have been an employee of Qualimed Sta. Rosa prior pandemic until 2020.
I had my 1st major surgery last 2020, and my most recent surgery last April 2024. All members of the Team are all nice, mannered and compassionate.
Hence, last night, we had to rushed my aunt to ER, staff nurse (old employees) are still welcoming and nice. But there's this one Nurse that stood out due to her rude and absurd attitude. She is a morena nurse wearing a dark blue scrub suit. I asked her politely the billing process and she answered it with an ATTITUDE. "Sir kakausapin ka ng billing sa phone, kausapin mo sir". How unmannered.
I went to billing to discuss the bill for discharge. After my cousin settled the bill as instructed by the billing personnel, we follow.
We go back to ER and informed the Nurse and also ask for assistance to remove the heplock. I asked her again politely if what's the next process. And she answered "Nagbayad na kayo Sir? Bakit hindi niyo sinabi sakin, dapat kasama ako"
Wherein she did not gave any instructions in the first place. She's too busy talking with her colleagues with the face mask down (the whole time).
Furthermore, I decided to let it slide. It's 10PM already, I asked politely again to that unmannered nurse what's the status of our discharge papers since the bill has been settled and she answered "pa wait lang" where in fact, the doctor said that all results are good and READY TO GO.
We waited for an hour after settling the bill. And when I asked her again at 10:48PM for the discharge status, she said "ay discharge na kayo, hindi ko nasabi? I stayed quiet and ask for the prescription and other medical docs. (which are ALL READY but she kept us waiting intentionally).
When she hand me over those, she then repeated what she said "discharge na kayo, hindi ko nasabi? Sinabi ko yon sayo" which SHE DID NOT MENTION. + her rude behavior, unmannered.
She did not assisted my aunt after that.
I will surely cascade this incident of disappointment across MAXICARE HEALTH Services and to our other affiliates.
That unmannered nurse should be reprimanded.

I have to commend the service provided by the nurses. They did a good job. The facilities are great as well.
That’s all. Every other aspect not mentioned in this review makes it a one-star experience.

Beed here like every other day before because mom's checked up and I could say that in this hospital is like a private though it was semi private hospital . The ambiance and system is good and easy to locate because it was along the way of Nuvali tagaytay highway..

I had my surgery last year 2023. Dr. Tantuco is one of the best doctor here, highly recommended.
All the medical staffs, nurses and doctors are all warm, kind and professionals.
Highly recommended this hospital. Overall satisfaction and excellent service. 5 stars! Cheers!

Probably the best and most accessible in the area. Facilities are clean and staff are very helpful and nice.
QualiMed is the one-stop hospital for our family because it already have everything from ancillary, er care, inpatient, outpatient, and others.
Most of all the doctors here are all top-notched!
We dont want to visit hospitals but should we do, QualiMed Healthway is our hospital of choice!

This is the first time I get admitted in this hospital and I am quite impress with how caring the nurses and nurse aids are. They also have almost all the facility readily available when needed. Lab results are fast.
I also appreciate that they consider my food preference. The rooms are spacious and clean but can still be improved in terms of the CR they can probably put a divider for bath area so the whole comfort room doesn't get wet. The windows already have moss. Daily room cleaning is also suggested. But overall still satisfied with my overall experience.

Medical services are excellent! I will personally refer this hospital to my friend and relatives. Doctors are very accommodating... hats-off to Dr. Vanessa Magsombol-Abad, Surgeon for handling my procedures very well; also, very kind person. Overall performance -- 5 stars for me.
