Amazing nurses and Doctors, they are clearly passionate about what they do! I’d like to thank the staff including receptionists for their professionalism and care for patients too and special thanks to my nurse Tiffany for supporting me in my mental health. #ThankyouNHS

I had an appointment for my special needs daughter with Practice Nurse Coley Holbrook. She is brilliant, very understanding and massive thank you to her. Very kind words from her. Five star for Coley. All the best.

Doctors are all brilliant. Nice and clean place. Alot of parking

Now coming to the ladies who are working at the front reception desk and first point of contact. Their words are very harsh. They need to be more understanding when a child is unwell aspecially with special needs. Many times I have to argue with them to get an urgent appointment for a child who is non verbal.

Management need to train their admin/ receptionist staff on which patients are vulnerable and be empathy towards them.

Absolute mess.
This GP does not care about the welfare of the patients.
Being passed around from doctor to doctor.
You never see the same person
They never seem to retain any records on their system.
Constantly left in the dark.
And have absolutely ruined my mental health rather than supporting it in any way.

I'm happy to give 0 stars. read this opinion if you are considering choosing a GP.
The waiting time for a telephone consultation is a joke. If you call on January 23, the nearest date is February 12. Previously when I wanted a consultation on January 2, the nearest telephone consultation was on January 18. We are talking about a call from a doctor/nurse, not a face-to-face meeting. A personal meeting is already a joke. I was afraid to ask honestly, especially when I heard that it would be later than February 12. The Voyager crew has been fighting with my rash for almost half a year. finally, I heard that it's hard for them to tell what it is, it's nice if I do some additional tests PRIVATELY, maybe then they will find a solution, but they don't think so. My liver function tests are poor, so everyone blames it on alcohol, which I don't drink (as evidenced by MCV being within the norm - This is one of the examples the doctor told me about when privately analyzing my blood results). On Saturday, once again, I am privately testing for liver viruses, because no one has done anything about it for a YEAR. the number of patients in relation to the number of doctors is so huge that you will sooner forget about what you are sick with than meet a doctor. Even if you manage to wait for the meeting, do not turn off the engine in your car. Doctors, they behave like in a factory. we have 15 minutes for each patient and another. I heard several times that the doctor was sorry, but there was another patient waiting for him. The building looks professional. Each nurse is very professional. I came across several doctors who looked like they knew what they were there for and wanted to help. However, the next visit is a different doctor and completely different treatment plans, because the "first" one has no available dates. So you're telling the same story again. So, after a few years, I start looking for a new GP. I will complete the rest of the tests privately. If you are new to the area and looking for a family doctor, please avoid this building. You will lose time, health and nerves and in the end you will end up somewhere else. I could write and write about situations where I felt like a problem. I would like to believe that it is not the doctors' fault, but the clinic's policy. However, they are doctors, they are there to provide treatment and they are the ones who can object to the rules there. I have always thought that prevention is better than cure. But definitely here, everyone has time for everything. At most, later you will hear that your liver is suitable for transplant and they are sorry, but now there is another patient waiting. I give two stars only because the nurses can take blood beautifully, so I would like them to know that I appreciate and respect their professionalism. The second one is for Dr. Evans, who seemed the most professional of them all, but I could never find her again. She was the only one who noticed my liver bad results, but when she called to talk about it, I couldn't answer the phone because I was working.when I called back I couldn't hear what to do anymore. I got a text message. that I should perform further tests. scared, I did it privately a few days later. no one even checked it, because other doctors moved on to their own theories. later, unfortunately, I came across more and more comical doctors who focused on everything, but not on elevated liver enzymes that have remained at this level for over a year.

Excellent surgery! I sometimes feel like a bit of burden however I’m never made to feel that way whoever I am talking to (from the reception and patient services team, to the Nurses, to the GPs). Very grateful to the team for everything they do.
