AVOID!!! We ended up paying 170£ fine. Apparently they are posting the parking fines, but we only got one letter which according to their records was the fifth one and of course every time they “send“ you this letters they are increasing the fine!!

Handy location but they won't let you park all day beyond 4.30pm. You need to pay an extra £4.50 to park beyond this time. So, despite paying for "12 hours" via their app at 9am, I then had to top up another £4.50 at 4.30pm. They've obvously chosen 4.30pm to screw over any office or retail workers hoping to use the car park. Clearly run by money grabbers.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Machine wouldn’t let me enter my registration number…only the first letter then jumped to the payment option. This happened on two occasions and although I have provided proof of payment they have still fined me and rejected my appeals!

Be aware of that you may rceiving parking charge notice when you using pay by phone!!!!!!!!!!!
I used this car park 2 weeks ago, when i saw the sign pay by phone app, directly paying the fee on my phone. However!!!!!!! when i paying at the centre location of that car park, the most closest one pop on automatacally on my app was caller "matilda street", which almost same as what i heared on my navigation moments ago, and thus I PAIED DIRECTLY ON IT.
The tricky part comes now, I received a parking charge notice due to unpaied fee, as the one i paid to, was the STREET PARKING SLOT which is obviously more far away from my location when i was paying in the middle of the car park!!!
I sent them evidence of such misleading information but none sympathy was shown at all, THEY JUST WANT THE FINE!!!
Finally, sad that i didn't fully trusted the review and had a fine too.
Theres always some true reason for such a low reviewing rank.

What a disgusting company, says a lot when so many people have the same opinion of them. About time they were closed down for effectively conducting a scamming operation, the people behind their shady practices and purposefully poor signage should be ashamed of themselves, just a drain on society, they symbolise all what is wrong with this country, can't have fair charges for a fair service, no we have to rip people off for every penny they have. Paid 3.60 on a Saturday evening accidentally and got a ticket for 3 hours, a friend in their car noticed you can pay 3 pounds and get all night, I thought that's annoying I'm sure I will be ok as I have paid more than the required amount. Got a ticket, I thought no problem they are probably reasonable people and when I explain they will understand, oh no instead they will hide behind technicalities. Effectively I am being fined because their payment meter isn't fit for purpose it should always give you the best tariff for the money you put in. So here I am paying more than required at the time to get fined for the privilege, I would have appealed this more but unfortunately like an idiot I have lost my parking receipt and paid in cash. Nevermind just won't ever park in such a place ever again

The company that manages this car park are scum. I drove into the car park looking for a space and there turned out to be none, so obviously didn't pay, got a £100 fine sent to me, which would be £60 if I paid within 14 days. I wanted to appeal but that process takes 34 days according to them.
