Extremely horrible service manager called security on me because I asked for company policy

Worst experience from sales people. We requested for a help but the sales man's behaviour was really disgusting. He ignored us and laughed at us, we felt so awkward about his behavior. And he was always on his phone and never giving any attention. We wish nobody experience this kind of behaviour from these people in the future.
From the time we entered the shop itslef the sales people were very rude and disrespectful towards. We couldn't understand what's in their mind for such a behavior, may be because we are foreigners(India). We don't want anything for free. We are also spending money for the purchase give some respect and consideration. The worst ever experience.
We choose not to shop from there ever again.
