Visted this place for a late lunch and ordered Avacado Maki Sushi and Takka Tuna Maki.
Starting with the Service, the staff needs to stop starring at the customers while we have a look at the menu, it is really uncomfortable and unprofessional. And wouldn't say they are necessarily helpful. I also believe they tend to be abit held back when a Sri Lankan is able to eat raw sushi and they make sure your 100% sure yo can eat it. This underestimation needs to stop. We have seasoned stomachs and yes we can have raw sushi. No surprise there.
The Food: Still wondering what is the whole purpose of avacado Maki Sushi? The whole concept of sushi is for pescatarians who only eat fish which is what 80% of the Japanese are. But not too happy with the fact that sushi have been diversified into nonsensical types like avacado sushi which tasted bland and i cannot say i enjoyed it. Also the sushi is very small for such high price!
The Takka Tuna Maki however, did well for my taste pallet and i absolutely loved the rawness and eating down the slimy fish. The seaweed that the sushi was wrapped around was absolutely stinking. I have tried raw Tuna Maki before but did not get this smell. Its the smell of a seven seas tablet which was absolutely BAD and stinked up the whole place. You'll need to look into this. No one wants their food to stink up like this.
The Ambience: was okay with no privacy and noise. I cannot complain given the fact that it was a food studio.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Lots to improve upon though.

If you’re a ramen fan you’ll absolutely love this Miyazaki ramen, it’s definitely one of the best ramen bowls I’ve tasted in SriLanka. なので次回試してみます

This located in Food studio at the One galle Face. Japanese restaurant. First Time I have tried the Ramen Noodle Bowl. The staff recommended me the Crazy Red ( They said Medium Spicy) Ramen Noodle Bowl. But it was Spicy more than Medium. The look is different than the image on the menu.
Any way, they served hot with in 10 minutes. Taste good. Its enough for two people if you are not eating too much for dinner. Served with sticks and spoon and fork. Its portion size worth for the price with current situation. But not sure this is the correct portion size. Can recommend this Crazy Spicy Ramen Noodle bowl🍜 .
