Really disappointed in our experience here, particularly as the initial customer service around the booking was very good. The chain has a good reputation so I was expecting a good time - paid £37.50pp for bottomless brunch & the food was cold, a peanut allergy was forgotten about & the drinks were disappointing and frequently not what we ordered. It was clear that the staff were overwhelmed and I do feel sorry for the blonde lady who was trying her best by everyone. The place was dirty (I mean in the literally sense) and the toilets had litter/discarded toilet paper everywhere. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
