Love this place. Relaxed, welcoming and always a great meal. Kris and Carmine were absolute gentlemen and deserve much applause for their service. Highly recommend the skate wing if it is available! Thank you so much everyone, see you soon.

Lovely restaurant, wonderful staff, especially our waitress Joanna. The food was delicious, I had fish pie, amazing. Not cheap so it was a special treat but worth the money.

Don't go here for cheap food. Do go here for elite fish and chips. Christina our server was good, she had lots to do but remained attentive. The batter is nice and thin and the fish nice and thick, not too oily. They have my favourite whisky aswell glenfarclas 10 year although could do with ice cubes over crushed ice. You should offer three fish sizes, S, M and L. Small 15, medium 17 large 19. Maybe some deals at quieter times. 20 mins on a tram from the centre but will be back

Great little spot tucked back off the busy street. The server was attentive and quick to answer any question as we reviewed the menu. Settled on fish and chips and very satisfied. Food came out well presented and perfect golden color. Only thing I would change is a little salt to the batter. Too full for dessert, but everyone's plate looked delicious.

Went here for dinner with two friends and we were not disappointed. The food selection was great, the SeaBream special delicious and the service welcoming. They even re-seated us when we realised the first table was just a little close to the door (winter breeze when the doors opened). I'd happily recommend.

Hidden gem. The food is great! You can tell that the chefs had both the technical skill and the passion for food.

Somehow, the place is usually quite empty (to be fair, it could be because of the quiet January). Price is reasonable, expect around £30-40 per person.

Highly recommend: grilled prawns, mussels and the cod.

We had an early dinner reservation this Saturday evening. The meal started on a low when they didn't have oysters or the cocktail we wanted, which was surprising for the day and time we were here.

It didn't improve after that either, food was mediocre, service was slow and everything was ok at best.

Think the whole experience would have been better if the basics were done well, more effort in the presentation of food.
