For two hours I felt back in Istanbul. Classic, authentic, formal. Good food: the liver was quite tender and Ezme didn't taste like tomato paste (which most Turkish restaurants make it so). Nice customers. Highly recommend.

Last Sunday, my friends and I had a lovely dinner at Levant, a Turkish restaurant situated in a charming classic building with a canal-side terrace. The ambiance of the restaurant was very pleasant.

The food was beyond delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. We began with a generous Mezze spread accompanied by fresh Turkish bread, followed by flavorful main dishes and indulgent Baklava with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Every dish we tried was exceptional, showcasing authentic flavors. Levant stands out as more than just your typical Turkish kebab restaurant, offering a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine.

I enjoyed a nice evening at Levant Restaurant. Upon arrival we asked if we had a reservation, we didn't so we were taken to a downstairs area with a beautiful view of the canals. The mezzes were excellent and the main course was superb. I had lamb cutlets and they were perfect, nice and tender. We did not have desert but I'm sure it would have been fantastic.

If i was able to give more than 5 stars to the service, I would have…We recently dined at Levant and it deserves 5 stars for sure. We starting with three “meze”, which were Muhammara, grilled Octopus and purslane with yogurt. Then for main dish we ordered “kuzu tandir” and duck meat, which were culinary delights! The service was amazing since everyone who works there is welcoming and tries to give you the best experience! I’d say the hospitality was top-notch. While the restaurant leans towards the pricier side, it was worth it! Definitely a must-try Turkish restaurant for those seeking a true Turkish (not only doner) culinary experience.

Mezes being served on the tray and excellent selection of Raki's make this place unique and authentic.
