Located just outside the esplanade mall by the waterfront , the restaurant offers a great ambiance amidst the vibrant atmosphere and musical cacophony of the bay . The food is decent with a reasonable variety of choices and reasonably priced for the location.
Tried the salmon rice set which was nice. The burgers were average .
The coffee was ok.
The service was very good as we went for a late lunch and the place wasn’t very crowded!
Will return again to try the other choices !

DM-ed them on instagram but they didn't bother reading. So I'll put my review here. Dined in with them on 22 July 2024 at around 6.40pm.
1. Poor planning/management had only scheduled 2 floor staff last night. Why? Cut costs? I don’t know. They were so occupied with running the restaurant during the peak period and did not bother attending to walk in guests. We had to sit ourselves.
2. We overhead your staff telling another table that orders will take about 20 minutes. We were fine with that and went ahead to order. Our order only came after 50 MINUTES. This was after we had asked your floor staff for an update after 30 minutes of ordering. At this point, your staff said, “5 more minutes”. The food did not come within 5 minutes. The food only came when we had cancelled our order and was ready to leave the restaurant.
3. We decided not to waste food and ate our meal quickly as we had a show at 8pm. We had ordered the carbonara and chicken aglio. The carbonara was mid and the aglio was beyond disgusting. It was so bland and tasteless, it’s like you ran out of salt for whatever reason. The chicken was thin and dry. It’s feels like you’re cooking for dogs. You had priced it at $18-$20 but in all honesty, with that quality, it should’ve been priced no more than $5. Even Saizeriya taste better.
4. The whole bill came to around $45 including service charge and GST. May I ask what is the reason behind a 13.5% service charge when (a) orders were placed through QR code (b) payments are to be made at the counter (c) food was extremely slow (d) food was disgusting (e) your staff did not render us any service aside from bringing the food from the kitchen to our table? If the 13.5% service charge is for maintaining the QR service and/or kitchen staff, I suggest you reflect on your business plan.
5. Because the food was so disgusting and your staff were very occupied, I had to go to the kitchen to ask for salt. Perhaps, I should get a cut of your 13.5% service charge. Your staff apologised and offered 10% discount. Honestly, what is the point? What is the point of discounting $4?
6. Many customers left because food was taking way too long. Remaining customers were very displeased. No customer recovery was done which leads me to believe that your staff do not know how to manage paying customers.
7. After looking at your review highlights on Instagram, we realised that the food served and what they reposted were different. Boils down to gritty details like missing garnishes shows your attitude and care for the dishes that were served. What a joke.

I had the carbonara for $22 with 13.5% service charge (good heavens)
The carbonara was p bad especially since I think it's microwaved (I lifted up the noodles and a whole alot of steam escaped from it) and the noodles were the same as my friend's pasta whose pasta was also microwaved.
Maybe the drinks are good we didn't try them but the pasta is not worth it at all

Avoidable unless you want the location view. The place seemed like it had an ego and vibe - but it sadly seemed amiss on a Friday evening when the theatre outside was full to the gills with a jazz performance!
We ordered a GnT and were glad we didn’t try more. The drink seemed great value at $8 but tables turned when it arrived - it was more of a sampler than a drink! Even the tonic seemed to be barely enough to get the ice cubes to float!
And not surprisingly the Burpple deals are misinformed and not honoured even when no exceptions are listed. The server came very confidently under her managers instructions to mention that the deals are not available, don’t find the exception listed and promptly went to the detailed T&Cs and used the exception clause 😅 she definitely deserves 💯 for the on the spot thinking. We aren’t going again, and that’s sad because they have a wonderful location.
