Lovely location with great view over the river. There is a rooftop bar. Food is decent and very good service. Overall enjoyable.

Celebrated the husband’s birthday at Braci and the dining experience exceeded my expectation.

It was a cosy resturant situated along boat quay. We had the 5 course dinner($168++ per pax) and opted for wine-pairing ($148++ per pax). For the appetizer, we topped up for the Foie Gras Semifreddo ($22 per pax).

Every course was on point. I love foie gras while the hub loved the scallop pasta. It was one great meal to end a working weekday. Wouldn’t mind revisiting to try their executive lunch!

Total bill came up to $800ish for two pax.

My wife and I had our first Michelin Star experience at Braci and it was worth every bit we paid. Its amazing what a team can do to make food an experience. Excellent staff, very accommodating. There is food that I normally don't care to eat, but when a master chef is preparing, I will try anything. Absolutely fantastic presentation and flavors I have never experienced before. The open kitchen concept is something i wasnt expecting and was awesome watching our meals be crafted. This team met all of my expectations of what I was hoping to enjoy. Fabulous and we wish you all the best in 2024!

Quite an amazing experience as the small but open kitchen is actually right in your face (if you are sitting indoors) and you get to see a LOT of chefs busy at work. Dishes that stood out for me were the micro lasagna appetiser, the 100-year old balsamic and the twirly pasta with the most SUCCULENT scallops I have ever eaten 😙 The place could have been better with nicer decor and ambience (it was abit too claustrophobic for me)

After the wonderful and memorable lunch I had at Braci many years ago, I have been thinking of going back again. And the International Women’s Day Special at Braci gave me the exact motivation to push aside all my commitments, prior plans and beauty appointment to come here to enjoy these specially curated dishes, with southeast Asian influences, created by the female chefs at Braci. This is one of the best dining experiences I have.

Instead of serving pure Italian food for the special occasion, the dishes in the menu feature European cuisine with Southeast Asian influences, inspired by the chefs’ backgrounds. I totally love it. There are so many flavours packed in beautiful harmony within each dish, It is complex and spellbinding.

I opt to dien at the exciting rooftop bar with a quaint bar counter and 270 ° panoramic unblocked view of the Singapore River, the landscape of Marina Bay and skyline of the city. It is so breathtaking, and the soft breeze blowing makes it even better Yes, I feel like I’m living it up when dining here.

The service is exceptional, impeccable and friendly, completing the exceptional experience of savouring awesome food with awesome ambience and service.

Makan Makan by Chef Li Vian is a lovely trio of Tom Kha Kai, Corn Tarlet and Scallop Semifreddo. I love the transition from simulating taste of Tom Kha Kai to smokiness of Corn Tarlet, and finally to luxurious treat of Scallop Semifreddo.

Suan Ni Bai Rou by Chef Aaron is one of the best pork dish I have. With the pork belly soaked with wine, sprinkled with fried shallots, paired with umami rich Sakura Ebi Furikake and zesty cool Cucumber Snow, the medley of rich flavours is amazing.

Aglio&Olio, But I don't like Garlic is very interestingly named by its creater, Chef Yoke. Given a twist to Braci's signature 32 Egg Yolks Tagliolini with creamy sweet Bafun Uni, which is by the way the best pasta, garlic foam and hamaguri clams are added for the extra oomph in taste and crunchy texture. The Tagliolini here is a must-try.

Tropical Tart by Pastry Chef Yasmin is a delightful dessert made up of mango mousse, passion fruit and coconut sorbet. Full of nuanced flavours, it tastes refreshing and rich at the same time. I love it.

Thoughts: Amazing Beautiful Experience that hits all the Sweet Spots

Cosy and intimate restaurant. The 7 course is quite heavy so best to just nibble on their bread. Some memorable dish was the wrapped pasta with shaved abalone core. Also the 100 years old vinegar. The chocolate dessert could be improved. Service was efficient but patchy. Suffered an incident when the wine glass was tipped over by the staff and my whole shirt was drenched. In such a case, perhaps the service recovery could have been better.
