Loved the experience in the platinum REEL cinema
Did not expect the food to be delicious honestly! The meat sliders were ok not special but good. But the fettuccine was so yummmy .
The chairs were sooo comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend people more than 2 to go because chairs are coupled.
We were late for the movie but because you can order from your chair that was great for us.
Mohannad was so helpful and treated us in a luxurious way, thank you for hiring welcoming people like this.

I have a great time watching movies at this theater. I have visited all the movie theaters here and have no complaints about the quality of food, service from the staff, and the screen. Everything is perfect. In addition, I want to express my gratitude to a staff member named Abdallah in the platinum section. He was very friendly and helpful, and it made my experience even better.
The best cinema I’ve visited in Riyadh! The atmosphere is incredibly comfy, and the staff are welcoming. The Platinum section is an absolute joy!
I have a couple of suggestions to make the experience even better. It would be fantastic if you could offer a higher quality coffee—perhaps something a bit more refined for those of us who enjoy an Americano while watching a movie. Additionally, listing allergy information on the menu and providing gluten-free options would greatly enhance the experience for those with dietary restrictions.

Very good option other than muvi and vox for riyadh people. Good screen size, ambience. Staffs were very friendly. Snacks are of very good quality. Popcorns tasted better that the ones at muvi and vox. Good option to watch movies with friends and family
I recently visited Reel cinemas, and had a fantastic experience. The theatre is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean and comfortable seating. The picture and sound quality were top-notch, enhancing the overall movie experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Concessions were reasonably priced and offered a good variety. Overall, a great place to enjoy a movie!

First time to visit Reel cinema in Riyadh on Oct 2023, very nice one!
Reel junior for kids is better than other cinemas.
