Found it a little too pricey compared to the Empire cinemas. The only perks are unlimited free popcorn and drinks.

I recently had a terrible experience at Muvi cinemas due to their new zone system. You order online and then have to wait and check the screen for your order. This system is incredibly slow and inefficient. My movie had already started, and they still hadn't given me my correct order.

The staff at Muvi cinemas were very rude and didn't respect customers. They made the same mistake with my order three times, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. By the time my movie started, I still didn't have my popcorn or soft drinks. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a muvi cinema.

I will never return to Muvi cinemas. There are many other cinemas that are much better. If MuviCinemas went back to their old system, it would be an improvement, as the new system has ruined the experience for everyone. If you are looking forward to going there because of their offers please I recommend you to not go because you will be wasting your time 0/10.

Very bad experience with ordering snacks! We missed the beginning of our movie just because we had to first order through a machine which did not work in the end!! Only to go withdraw cash (because that is the only way you can order at the cashier) then to wait for 30 mins for it to be ready then again after you stare at a screen to keep checking IF it is ready! You go and stand in line AGAIN which is another 5-7 mins to pick up the order!!!!! Snacks overpriced for two small popcorns and two drinks we payed 90 riyals. Never going back again

Who ever thought its was a good idea to pay for the snacks using smart screens then wait 30 minutes for the order to be ready then wait in line to receive the order should have thought harder.
Popcorn tastes horrible and overpriced.

The worst experience ever! The new tracking zone is irritating! You've to wait more than 30 minute to get in line to order and another 30 minute to recieve your order! And the movie is over !
