Skechers Westgate

Michael is the best. Best customer experience in Skechers shops in Auckland and best customer experience he have given from shoe shops. (Coming from myself who use to be sales person during my uni days).
Hope he will be recognised as he is an asset to the company and also blessing to customers as he have good balance. He will not sell something that customer won’t be using it but at the same time he promote best options and deals from the company to increase revenue

The below original review was meant for Sketchers Henderson and not your shop, my experience at your shop has just been the opposite - I went there only a few times and every time they were exceptional in helping. You have a good bunch of people working there. :-) I have now updated my review.

This shop has good stock, but never had good retail people working here.

Tanzeela Ali was very helpful in finding me shoes for my arched, long and wide feet quickly and in a kind manner. She was much more efficient and helpful then any other footwear store I've been to
