We bought two sneakers. One had no problem and the other my husband found out to be a small size. We wanted to change to another shoes, but we couldn't find the right size. We asked for a refund and they refused. We tried to find something else, but we couldn't. We demanded our money and the other side of meanness and indifference appeared. For a long time of nerve-wracking discussion, they refused to return the money. Returned the next day. There are two sellers, a girl and a boy. They are very arrogant and their treatment of customers has nothing to do with tact and professionalism, full of anger and acrimony. They make you feel worthless and disrespectful. We will never enter this shop again. I am sure that like this kind of sellers with no minimum customers dealing skills will let this shop lose lots of customers.

İnternet üzerinden Puma marka aldığım halısaha ayakkabısı birkaç maç içinde açılma yaptı. Bu durum için iletişime geçtiğimde PUMA'nın talebimi reddettiğini bana ilettiler. Maç başı 100 liraya halısaha ayakkabısı kiralamış gibi oldum. Biraz canım sıkıldı. Aynı ayakkabının fiyatı şu anda 800 lira olmuş. Ne Puma'ya ne Firmaya güvenmemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Fiyat performansı yüksek ama kaliteli.
