In terms of online delivery, placed through their website, the service is very poor. It's mentioned delivery within 24-48 hours, however, the delivery is delayed & they don't respond to your calls or emails regarding the delivery time and date. Very unprofessional.

I dont know what to say but its a shame for such a great store to have such a bad customer service. They dont reply to messages, leaves them on seen, nor answer phone calls. I hope the owner looks back at who he is hiring and try to keep a good eye on the customer service.

Good location. Lots of choices with food, toys, necessities and more. This is my new go to store for our cats.

If there was zero star I would have given it to this store. Absolutely pathetic customer service. The store crew is very rude to customers. Had a very bitter experience with the man in the billing counter. He does not have any customer handling skills and is very rude. I am surprised that the store owners leave these kind of guys at the front desk or billing counter. I have been buying my pet’s food for last one year from this store but that’s the end of it. I will never step into the store again. You guys must realize that you are not
giving things for free. We are paying for stuff. Least you could do is be courteous to your customers. I will strongly recommend others to find other options and not visit this store to buy their pet supplies.

Good points: This store has everything i need for my pet on monthly basis and at good prices. I prefer Pets Qatar over any store.

Bad points:
1. need to improve on the website orders. Delivery is anytime within 48hrs they dont provide time slots, payment is COD or Card on delivery, order tracking also doesn't work. So ur order can arrive anytime in 48hrs and u may not be home to receive it or even pay for it. If u run out on supplies guess when it will arrive.

2. I tried ordering via delivery app for faster delivery but not all the items i need are available. Very inconvenient .

Hope it will improve.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I asked the women at the counter about some information and details and she just pretended like she's looking for it and when I was not watching, I heard her tell her friends I'm just pretending to look till he leaves

Worst and horrible, do not put your pets for boarding there or buy anything, even people who are supposed to help you there don't know anything and will ignore you.

Very arrogant and even there stuff are really bad and OMG THE FISH ARE ALLL SICK

I you buy from there I guarantee the fish will die within a couple of days

I think it's one of the biggest pet supplies & accessories in Doha, they have almost everything u need for your pet.
Location: good but busy area.
Parking: available easily.
Prices: fair and average.
Staff: helpful and friendly.
Special thing: the variety of products they have.
Will visit again: yes
