AVOID, especially unit 11-04
Unit 11-04 issues: Very unreasonable landlord. Will not fix basic things that were broken since the beginning (door bell didn't work, balcony door cannot be locked, shower door cannot be closed, etc.). At the end, will make deductions from your security deposit without proper justifications and incomplete receipts
Overall property issues: Very inefficient layout (1 big balcony (at least 100 sqft) and 2 smaller balconies around bedroom and toilet) - don't be fooled by the large sqft number on paper. Poor facilities & management (tiny gym with limited equipment, no guard/ concierge/ reception for parcel delivery, poorly maintained swimming pool)
