Liked - The property was conveniently close to the metro and offered a small ocean view. The best aspect was the front-facing windows, which allowed sunlight and fresh air to fill the room. Additionally, its proximity to a shopping center was very convenient.
Disliked · I arrived at the airport at 6:30 pm and got to the property at 7:02 pm, only to realize I didn't have the access code. Without a traditional SIM card, I couldn't call the hotel and had to use WiFi at the nearby shopping center to contact them via Booking.com. After paying the required 60 euros, I waited for the access code, which never came. I had to contact the property, and obviously couldn't do that directly because of my mobile services. I had no choice but to sit outside, up until another lady came to the property and watched her struggle with the same thing. She had airtime to call so I asked if she could lend me her phone so I could call the property. After some back and forth, we managed to get into the building around 9:00-9:30 pm, only to have to make a phone call again when we got to the door of the hostel (if it weren’t for that lady, I probably would have waited a while longer.
During my 3-night stay, my room was never cleaned, and I received only one crispy towel. The breakfast included was minimal, with just two kinds of cereal and a few grab-and-go items (definitely not what I expected). One evening, I struggled for 20 minutes to unlock the hostel's main door due to an old keyhole. The rooms had a funky smell, likely from plumbing issues, which was unsettling and I was pressed for the bathroom.
It's been 15 days (and counting) since checkout, and I still haven't received my deposit back, despite being promised it within 7 days. The property hasn't responded to my calls or messages. I don't recommend this place and won't be booking it again when I return to Lisbon due to their poor process and lack of urgency.

Vigaristas. Depois de pagar o valor da noite no Lisbon Airport Hostel, foi pedido para validar a estadia um depósito no valor de 60€ se não o fizesse a estadia não seria validada mesmo depois de ter pago a noite. Fui informada que o valor seria devolvido até 7 dias úteis, já passou um mês e não recebi devolução nem obtenho qualquer resposta por parte do alojamento depois de ter tentado inúmeras vezes.

Hostel decorado com bom gosto. No entanto, são uns ladrões, estou á um mês a aguardar devolução de depósito e não obtenho qualquer resposta por parte do alojamento.

Simplesmente péssimo ós serviços. Não atendem o telefone, não respondem mensagem. Fiquei a espera 1h12 minutos fora do hostel sem qualquer tipo de feedback. Experiência muito má, não gostei. E não me reembolsaram, porque depois de tudo preferi não ficar hospedado no hostel.

Черти что и сбоку бантик. Шарашкина контора. Компания отправила, забронировала номер. Приехал, звонка нет, телефон не отвечает, местное население в подъезд не пускает. Расположена эта контора "рога и капыта" в жилом доме на последнем этаже. В итоге просидел на ступеньках почти 3 часа пока компания искала выход (чёрную кошку в тёмной комнате). Бесполезно. Обходить стороной, особенно вечером, что бы был шанс найти ночлег в другом, нормальном месте

LEER ATENTAMENTE PARA QUE NO LE PASE… Les voy a compartir la fatal experiencias con este alojamiento para que no le pase a NADIE MÁS! Resuelta que vengo de España la cual hago la reserva para dos personas el día lunes 11 de marzo y el alojamiento me permite de 23:00 a 24:00 que en ese lazo de tiempo debía llegar y cuando llego a lugar pues resulta que no tengo acceso por que ellos solo trabajan hasta las 20:00h entonces los 80€ que pague se los roban , intento comunicarme con ellos y nada no contestan los msj por la aplicación ni por whatsapp y mucho menos las llamadas!! Me voy para atención al cliente de booking y resulta que el dueño aparece hoy alas 4:19pm desde el día de ayer que hice la reserva diciéndome que ellos solo trabajan hasta las 20:00h y por lo tengo me regresan solo 10€ … ESPERO QUE NO LE PASE A NINGUNA PERSONA… NO PERMITAN QUE ROBEN SU DINERO

Nach Ankunft am Hostel mussten wir, um hinein zu kommen, telefonisch den Manager kontaktieren (keine Rezeption) um einen Code für die Tür zu bekommen. Dieser wurde uns erst gegeben, als wir online eine Kaution von 60 Euro bezahlt haben..dies wurde vorher beim Buchen/Bezahlen des Zimmers mit keinem Wort erwähnt!! (nur Kreditkarte..kein PayPal/Sofort-Überweisung)
Wir wurden dann per Telefon in unser Zimmer geführt, welches im obersten Stockwerk eines Wohnhauses liegt. Trotz Buchung eines Doppelzimmers haben wir nur ein Handtuch erhalten. Beide Badezimmer stanken und nur eines hatte fließendes Wasser! Desweiteren war die Bettwäsche leicht verdreckt.
Das Frühstück sollte von einem externen Dienstleister geliefert werden, wie uns der Manager erst am Telefon erzählte..wir konnten dies (zum Glück) nicht wahrnehmen, weil wir gegen 6 Uhr morgens abgereist sind.
Dieses Hostel können wir auf keinen Fall empfehlen (selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel) und werden ganz sicher nicht wieder kommen!!
