Basically, it’s a nice hotel with really nice stuff. I had the deluxe room on the ground floor with really good space and the possibility for a third bed for children. Not bad, but nothing to do with deluxe .
At the end, the Google recension fits the reality. The property should be restyled then it would fit the price quality relation better. For the same price, you will find better opportunities.

Basic comfortable room with a TV and plenty of space. The shower was a bit small and as a fairly tall man, I wasn't able to stand under it fully. About expected for ~£80 a night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and quick in checking us in and out. We didn't have breakfast. We saw what it was however, and it seemed expensive for €12 when you're right near many amazing restaurants serving cheaper and better food. The location was fantastic, very near many bars and restaurants, and tourist attractions in Lisbon.

The biggest advantage is that the staff was very friendly, so it was my first trip, but I had no difficulties. This left a good impression on Portugal. As for the condition of the accommodation, I stayed in a small room, so it wasn't as good or as clean as the picture, but it felt cozy. There were quite a few traces of old buildings, but I kept them clean every day. Especially the bed is nice and clean. The breakfast was very healthy and delicious.
