The rooms were great, they were clean and neat and it had a nice sea view which I think it won’t be there after some years because of other buildings being constructed in the area around, although our room was running short on towels but everything else was good.
Internet speed was terrible I didn’t rely on it because you had to turn on the TV to get the network
The TV had some nice Films but unfortunately most of them were dubbed in Persian language and there was no English subtitles available as far as I know.
Free 1.5L bottle of water was served every day as a complement plus free tea bags and 3 in 1 coffee sachets and sugar.
Checking in and out took a little bit long time, overall it is not that long.
They welcomed us with a welcome drink of lemonade which was tasty.
The pianist was amazing and his music added a nice luxury touch to the lobby.
The staff were very helpful but we faced a small problem with the language.
Most of the staff don’t understand English
One of them knew a little Arabic but the rest of the communication went through Google Translate .
Booking tours from them was a good experience, they provided us with good offers and reasonable discounts. Always ask for their advice it would be very helpful.
The only problem that the hotel was far from the downtown or you may call it city center so we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go buy something.
The pool was ok
It was a small shallow pool under the ground were you have a free 45 minutes a day
There are two shifts , one for women and one for men ask for the time before you plan to go *Note that you need to take a towel down there because they are not available there.
The only problem that I hated was the loud music sounds from the nearby cafe at late night, I couldn’t go to sleep until 3:00 AM one night

با اینکه به تازگی ساخته شده و بسیار لوکس بود ولی عایق صوتی درها و دیوارهایش افتضاح بود
سرعت اینترنت افتضاح بود شاید بخاطر حضور مهمانان زیاد کنگره ارتوپدی
با ١۵-٢٠ دقیقه معطلی در لابی مدیر داخلی برای پاسخگویی حضور پیدا نکرد

دی ماه ۱۴۰۲ چهار شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم هتل نوساز تمیز مرتب و شیکی هست کارکنان رفتار محترمانه و دوستانه ای داشتن .نزدیک ترین بازار ب هتل مرجان و کوروش هست. کمی موقع تحویل اتاق معطل شدیم . صبحانه سرد هتل تقریبا در طی این مدت ثابت بود و ایتم ها تغییری نداشت ولی صبحانه گرم متنوع تر بود فقط مشکلی ک داشت توی سالن ، خیلی پراکنده بودن همه چیز ، مثلا خوراک لوبیا و عدسی یک طرف سالن بود بقیه صبحانه ی گرم طرف دیگ سالن بود و کاملا جدا بود از بقیه و مورد دیگ اینک اطراف ظروف ک کثیف میشد کسی سر کشی نمی کرد ک تمیز کنه در غیر این صورت بقیه موارد اوکی بود . سرعت اینترنت توی اتاق هم خیلی خوب نبود و یکم کند بود و حتمن باید تی وی روشن باشه تا بشه از نت استفاده کرد . ولی در کل اقامت خوبی بود
یک هتل نوساز با ظاهر لوکس ولی مدیریت خیلی خیلی ضعیف و بی نظم دور از مرکز شهر است. بیشتر یک ساختمان شیک هست تا هتل. اصلا نمیشه بهش گفت هتل ۵ ستاره. سواد و مدیریت لازم برای هتلداری، توی اداره این هتل اصلا دیده نمیشه. ما که آسایش نداشتیم. معایب:
۱. صدای آزاردهنده موزیک از ساعت ۶ عصر تا ساعت ۲ صبح که توی اتاق میپیچه و نمیزاره مهمونها، بخوابن.
۲. شلوغی بیش از ظرفیت سالن صبحانه و آسانسورها . برای رفتن به سالن صبحانه حداقل ۱۵ دقیقه باید منتظر آسانسور باشید. سالن صبحانه هم از شدت همهمه بیشتر به حمام عمومی شبیه بود. اینجا حتی موقع صبحانه خوردن هم آسایش نداشتیم. تقریلا همه مهمونها امروز موقع صبحانه عصبانی بودن.
۳. تنوع کم صبحانه و عدم وجود لیوان و استکان و ظروف و صندلی در سالن مربوطه به تعداد نفرات ساکن در هتل! ظروف کثیف در سالن صبحانه

۵. برای استفاده از اینترنت وایرلس تو اتاق بایستی همیشه تلویزیون روشن باشه!

Definitely very far from 5-star hotel and we had a bad experience in terms of customer service and staff behavior. Here I am mentioning some key issues:
Rooms were supposed to be ready by 2 pm for check-in, but they were not ready. we had to wait until 3:45. We have been waiting with all of our luggage. Despite multiple complaints, no response was received.
A dressing chair was broken. Reported an hour after check-in, but the hotel initially tried to charge us. It required a heated discussion with several staff members to convince them that the damage occurred before our arrival, and we hadn't used it.
Significant construction around the hotel caused noise disruptions starting at 8 am daily.
Multiple issues in the rooms were overlooked before our check-in, indicating a lack of a thorough inspection (plug-in hanging from the wall, leaking toilet hose, broken door security guard). I have attached photos and videos highlighting these issues.

Yes, it is as clean as it should be as a brand new hotel but way far from a 5star. If I want to be specific, personnel behaviour and how we were treated was very disappointing(well you might be treated in a better way if you are a legendary or a famous person). The way reception staff talk and behave is no where near polite and sure needs to be looked into.
Breakfast was also very average and disappointing for a 5star hotel. Very limited options with poor quality. You would sure smell egg when you step into the elevator from upper levels. Be ware if you want to have option to choose for your breakfast or even find clean dishes like small plates or coffee cups, you will need to be there early even though breakfast time is till 10am nothing will be refilled or recharged after 9:15.
Overall, I took my family to this hotel but I do regret this selection as I am sure we would have much better options with the amount of money we spent on this accommodation. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel. Palace hotel is a very poor built(eg. you could hear your next door clearly when they talked or used the bathroom) and poor managed hotel which uses very poor quality equipment and even amenities but the most unacceptable of all is staff behaviour. What said about the service and quality was based on what could be expected of a 5 star hotel but the staff behaviour is not acceptable for anywhere.
