باغ وحش سالزبورگ هلبرون

One of the best attractions in Salzburg. Many animals here live in their natural habitat I think some of them don't feel like they are in a cage because they construed this zoo in an apt place and one side of this zoo is a huge rock so they don't build a cage on this side. There are many varieties of animals including Lions, hippos, zebra... We can also pet some of the animals. This place can be reached by bus from Salzburg. Free entry with a Salzburg Card.

A must if you have kids(not necessarily) and you're in the area! Beautiful layout, amazing surroundings, the residents of the zoo look healthy and well taken care of - all in all very nice!

I really loved this Zoo. I do not really like visiting Zoos as I do not like to watch animals kept in cages or confined areas but this Zoo was different. It felt more like a sanctuary. The animals looked healthy and the overall environment was really good. This Zoo is highly recommended.
