This is the worst pharmacy I have come across. Their service is awful.
They only gave me partial medicine and asked me to go back following week to collect the remaining. Even though they owe me the medicine they marked on the system as it was collected. They just gave me a handwritten paper stating which medicine they owe. When I went back to collect they insisted it was collected.
Then the pharmacist advised me to go back to my GP and tell them that I lost the medicine in my house and ask for another prescription. ( What a cheek) asking me to lie to protect them for their mistake ( or maybe it was intentional).
When I refused the pharmacist said they don’t give out handwritten owing slip and that handwritten slip is not theirs. So I pointed out her colleague and pointed out it’s her hand writing. Then I was told I would be contacted the following day regarding the medicine I am owed. It’s been 2 weeks now and nothing.
Overall their services is very poor they never have all the medication. You need to keep going again and again to collect all your medication. They make many mistakes but never will admit their faults.All my friends and family who live around that are agree on how bad their service is and have stopped going there.
I am not going back again. You just don’t need this unnecessary hassle in our already busy lives.

Good service, helpful informative and efficient. Both ears cleared with minimal discomfort. Would recommend
Very kind people in the pharmacy, most helpful even phoning for a taxi to get back home, as my phone was not working properly so thank you once again for helping my husband with his hearing problem.
The staff are always very friendly and my medication is always available at the right time for me to collect. It’s a lot better now it has new owners.
Had ear wax removal done, it was easy to book on line. The process was fine, only a very slight discomfort at one point. You get to see before and after pictures of inside your ear, really good to see the difference.
