The women at the ticket desk are wonderful people. They are willing to inform you and very friendly.

A must to visit, no matter with children or without.
Fantastic museum with so many tiny (and big) dolls and toys from all the times!!! We have spent there much more time than originally planned - and I am eager to come again.
Very interesting collections of dolls: from ancient times to middle centuries, from England to Japan, dolls of the kings and dolls of the poor...
The were also several master-classes for kids, but we were so much fascinated with the exposure, we hardly were able to participate.
Strongly recommend for kids of all ages!

A hidden gem

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it was a rainy day. We had a few hours to kill. It turned out to be an hidden gem it’s not a large exhibition, You could probably walk through in an hour, but there were lots of interesting toys and exhibits not much in English but you really didn’t need an explanation for much of it. Loads of children running around and no e of them seem bored.

Worth an afternoon
