The staff is hospitable But the food is so simple

Some coworkers and I enjoyed having a break in here. They open at 6am, but let us in well before that. There wasn't food available until 6, but they put out some pastries earlier than opening time. There were a few assortment of drinks, and they made us espresso. Very friendly. Yes, the bathrooms are outside the lounge, but the lounge itself isn't located right next to the gates with a lot of traffic. It's downstairs, away from the crowd. It might not be glamorous, but it was way better than trying to get rest in the normal waiting areas next to the gate.

To be honest, I read the reviews before coming. So I had very very low expectations. You can help yourself to the mini croissants and sweets and cold drinks. Mini sandwiches and salads and hot drinks, you have to request from the staff. The staff heat the sandwichs up for you in the microwave. The taste was very medicore at best. The staff was friendly though. The lounge was also relatively spacious and not too busy (we were there in the middle of the day and the airport was overall pretty busy at the time).

Very basic lounge. Priority Pass & Star Alliance Gold access for NA travellers. Breakfast included espresso, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked pastries, but no proteins or fruit. Staff were fairly laid back and you need to ask them to get up and refill things or obtain coffee which is behind the counter. No dedicated washrooms or change areas you need to go out to the public restrooms and scan back in to go back to the lounge.
