Ive had to speak to the surgery twice in the last two weeks about a family members health, I spoke to Lisa and Julie. Both were extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. I received the information I needed and there was no sense of hurrying me up to get off the phone. Thank you to both of you.

There web site says they open at 8am ,but they never answer the phone till 9am ,prescription requests always ignored, there on the old system for prescriptions and that's why it dont work. If you have a repeat prescription you should be able to contact the chemist for this and they put the request in on your behalf and within 24 hours your meds are ready. This doctors are so out dated. 1 person on the desk.
They need to update the times they open and there Services.

The GP was closed before the time of my appointment, irrespective of confirming with them the same day and day before about the timing. Poor care of patients.

This doctor's practice must be the worst in the land. Their admin staff are ignorant, ill informed, rude, and should not be dealing with patients, some of which have been with the practice for over 20years. I have transferred to another practice after being denied 3 months repeat heart prescriptions for not answering a letter from the ignorant admin team !!!. My new practice is Thankfully a breath of fresh air, as NHS professionals should be. Avoid Ballards Walk practice at all costs. You will not regret it.

Never had a problem getting appointment but need to see doctor and they are closed at 4.40 ment to be open till 6

My mum died 3rd December. Its now the 20th December and still waiting for Dr's to give me form so I can register the death.
Receptionist very rude and considering what I am phoning for there is no compassion

Worst place avoid this surgery! Insensitive and unprofessional they don’t take people pain or sickness seriously convinced the good reviews are fake or paid because this is the worst place. Receptionist need to be fired there’s never a doctor round just confused nurses and they all seem dodgy. There are a few nice ones but it’s a shame because the rest of them are pure trash I wouldn’t trust them at all
