Excellent self check in service, friendly and clean environment

Staff are exceptionally rude overall except for the senior Nurse Noeline who I found to be fantastic.

Awful practice. Can't phone for appointment, always on hold. Reception are rude and incapable of doing their job properly. Do not go here.

Pretty shocking the care I’ve received so far, had an appointment back in November showing low ferritin, was prescribed replacement and need another blood test but impossible to get the GP to order these. Honestly ridiculous - go private if you can.

I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for 3 months. And there are never appoitment!!!! At 8am the phone doesn't work!!!

Reception lovly. Doctors not listening and walk out middle of Apointment confusing me not listening stress from asthma nurse told go somewhere we’re else then cause if me breathing problems not helping my asthma I left. I ask 2nd opionion asthma nurse ignor me need better docs and Athena nurse I had bad exp there reception more caring then doctors why it gets a 2 I have had to move to get help

They have the WORST receptionist! The youngish one with black hair is so rude and useless at her job. They do no get trained well to talk to patients at the reception. Their line is always busy. Their doctors are good but the receptionist 🤮
