Been with this surgery since 2015, Dr Singh was a fantastic GP but i think he moved to Australia not long after 2015, going forward i have seen Dr Rani, who seems ok but i wasn't really keen on, Tracey the nurse im not keen on either i find her very rude. The receptionists don't even answer the phone properly, for the past few years I have seen Dr Amrit Khera and Dr Preeti Khera, those two are the best by far and very attentive, i would have left the surgery ages ago if these two weren't around , both are fantastic and have been very supportive to me, turns out they are both sisters too that explains why they are both so wonderful and caring doctors. I would have rated the surgery 2 out of 5, but due to the Kheras i have bumped it up to a 4 star rating.

Every time I have seen Tracey I have found her to be understanding caring efficient and professional! She takes time to listen to you and makes you feel valued ,such a rarity these days !

Been seen by the nurse after having blood samples taken, given a second appointment for results and further tests. Booked a day off for the appointment only to find out appointment wasn’t even booked for me even though I was given written confirmation by the receptionist. Was told sorry we are full booked and to reschedule for next week. Asked to speak to practice manager told she’s busy and will call back, didn’t hear anything back. Lost a days work for this incompetent surgery!!

Hi I went Thursday morning as couldn't get through on phone ask reception if could ask doctor to email sand well about problem was have she made me feel small said hospital has to so which is it refer from doctor email hospital not helpful in fact I walk out cry hope she happy upset me too thanks😅
