Brought a friend as a guest to Tess' 'Bring a buddy' Ride session, it was my first time attending one of her classes and we really enjoyed it. I was impressed with the accessible nature of the class, and the time flew by. I miss Abdallah doing these sessions, but Tess will no doubt become a firm favourite now too.

The most fun I’ve had in ages! Every workout feels like a party. My favourite is ReShape with Alex. The staff are friendly and the environment is so welcoming. You have everything you need right there and perfect to stop by and sweat before heading out for the night.

Really good clean changing rooms, great equipment, good air filtration system very very very friendly staff. Just a great gym. Get the champs breakfast shake. Thank me later

Just love this place for the best Ride classes. And the whole team are so friendly and polite. Thanks for another superb start to the day 1Rebel!

If you scroll down, you will see 2 more ( at least) reviews where they mention how little the staff cares about the members ( 2 different senatios) , and unfortunately, I had the same experience today. In combination, of course, because I am lucky like that.
I arrived 1 minute before the door closed. I said I wanted to drop my stuff in the lockers, and they said, "Hurry up." I come back 2 minutes later ( I could not find a locker straight away. It was very busy). The door was closed. When I said " well that's fine, but you saw me going down, running ( mind you, this class was almost empty) why didn't you tell me that I have no time as you were not going to wait for me before you close the door. If you had said that, I would have taken my stuff in the classroom and put them by the door. " The reply was the mix of: 1." I told you to hurry up." ( so i didn't do my job) 2. "What else would you want me to tell me? Why didn't you think of this (taking your stuff in the classroom) yourself?" ( aka, I am not here to help the members, I am here to fold towels, you are on your own) 3." We didn't do anything wrong. If you don't like the way we work, you can talk to our CEO." (Aka, I dont care, you go bother someone else)
I don't know how others interpreted this experience , but my 14 years of work experience in hospitality translates this as poor customer service / overall discard of members satisfaction. The staff is there to clean and close doors, not to help the members. Not to provide a service.
If she had said to me," That's fine. Go ahead, but we will not wait for you." I would not have missed the class I paid for because I would have gone in with my bag. But they don't care much about whether you will make it or not to your class. Their responsibility ends where the reception desk ends. Whatever happens after that, they don't care to make an effort about it.
Other than that classes are ok , sometimes a bit unhinged, but ok, changing rooms are very nice too. If you are OK with poor service and bad customer support, you will be fine. As long as you don't need any help, you will be fine.
